Jacobs , principal engineer
Claire Caley is a Principal Engineer in the Jacobs Glasgow office. As a Chartered Geologist with 17 years’ experience, Claire has been involved in the geotechnical aspects of a variety of infrastructure schemes, including highways, railways, bridges and windfarms. Her experience has ranged from feasibility studies, through ground investigation to design and construction supervision and she has been working on the A9 Dualling scheme since 2015. Claire has been involved across all of Jacobs’ A9 projects, covering in excess of 45km of dualling, providing geotechnical support to guide the schemes through DMRB Stages 2 and 3, and looking ahead to the development of the Specimen Design and procurement and construction of the schemes.
